Privacy Policy

When you use AuthorOS, we may collect the following information:

• Account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifier, and account preferences.
• Profile information that you choose to store, such as your author name, biography, profile image, writing preferences, and project settings.
• Campaign content and other content you create or upload, including drafts, captions, media, schedules, and publishing selections.
• Analytics data associated with your campaigns and connected channels, such as engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, and publishing status when those metrics are made available to AuthorOS.
• Information from social accounts that you connect, including the platform account identifier, display name, connection status, and OAuth tokens required to provide the requested integration.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, log, and authentication data.

When you connect a social platform, AuthorOS uses that platform's OAuth process. We request only the permissions needed for the integration you select. For TikTok, the current connection flow requests basic user information. We use the resulting authorization to identify the connected account and, where supported and requested by you, support campaign publishing and analytics. We do not receive your social platform password.

• Provide, maintain, and personalize AuthorOS.
• Save and organize your profile, writing projects, campaign content, and publishing workflows.
• Connect to social platforms at your direction and display account or campaign analytics.
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.
• Communicate about your account, service changes, and security matters.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate AuthorOS, provide services you request, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer. When you connect a social platform, content and account information may be sent to that platform according to your instructions and its own privacy policy.

AuthorOS stores account, profile, project, campaign, and integration records with service providers used to operate the application. OAuth credentials are stored for the connected account and are used to make authorized requests on your behalf. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may disconnect a social account from AuthorOS at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated profile, campaign, analytics, and connection data through the support channel provided by AuthorOS. Disconnecting an account may not revoke access already granted to the social platform; use that platform's security or application settings to revoke access there as well.

We may update this Privacy Policy as AuthorOS changes. We will update the date below when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
