Terms of Service

AuthorOS provides tools for planning, writing, organizing, promoting, and analyzing author content. You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any platform you connect.

You retain ownership of the drafts, campaign content, media, profile information, and other material you submit to AuthorOS. You grant AuthorOS a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and format that content only as needed to provide and improve the service you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or publish.

You may connect supported social accounts through their OAuth authorization flows. By connecting an account, you authorize AuthorOS to access the permissions you approve and to perform the requested integration functions. Social platforms may change or revoke their APIs, permissions, or availability, and AuthorOS does not control those services. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms, community rules, and publishing requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing campaign content, destinations, schedules, and audience settings before publishing. Analytics are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by the source platform. AuthorOS does not guarantee a particular reach, engagement level, conversion, or publishing result.

• Do not use AuthorOS to violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use connected accounts to send spam, deceptive content, or content that violates a platform's rules.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization to publish content.

AuthorOS may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, at any time. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AuthorOS is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthorOS disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service or a connected platform. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using AuthorOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or if continued operation is not reasonably possible. Provisions concerning ownership, acceptable use, disclaimers, and limitations will continue where applicable.
